Creamy Cauliflower And Leek Risotto Preparation
1 . Heat butter in a large shallow saucepan and saute cauliflower, capsicum and leek 2 to 3 minutes. 2. Add rice and stir fry 2 minutes. 3. Add packet contents, gradually add milk and chicken stock, stirring well after each addition. 4. Continue to stir and simmer 15 minutes. 5. Serve hot. Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
