2 tb Instant onion
Water
1 tb Butter
1 lb Potatoes, peeled & diced
-(about 2 1/2 c.)
1-1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Dill weed
1/8 ts Black pepper
1-1/2 c Milk
Creamy Dilled Potato Soup Preparation
Combine onion with 2 tablespoons water, set aside for 10 minutes to soften. In a medium pan melt butter, add onion, saute until golden, about 1 minute. Add 2 cups water, potatoes, salt, dill weed and pepper and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered until tender, about 30 minutes. Transfer to blender, cover and whirl until pureed.
