From: Light Cooking (1994) Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.Cool slightly to prevent curdling of milk. Stir in milk.Refrigerate ”til mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites.Stir in fruit.Pour into 8 inch square pan or 5 cup mold.Refrigerate ”til firm.Garnish with additional fruit.Makes 7 servings. calories-51 cholesterol-1 mg. fat-0 gr. sodium-77 mg.
