2 c Frozen unsweetened sliced
-peaches; partially thawed
2 tb Orange juice concentrate
1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
1 ts Vanilla
2 tb Sugar
1/2 c Plain nonfat yogurt
Creamy Peach Sherbet Preparation
In a food processor or blender, chop the peaches. Add remaining ingredients; blend until creamy. Serve immediately or freeze until serving time. Yield: 4 servings.
