Cooking Ingredients for Creamy Potato Salad Ring Recipe
3 c Water
1/4 c Minced onions; instant
2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
2 Envelopes French Instant
-Mashed Potato granules
1 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Prepared mustard
2 c Thinly sliced celery
1/2 c Diced green bell pepper
1/4 c Pickle relish; drained
1/4 c Chopped pimiento
4 Eggs; hard boiled
Creamy Potato Salad Ring Preparation
Bring water, onion, salt, black pepper and celery to a boil.. Remove from heat and add instant potato, whipping briskly. chill. Blend in mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in remaining ingredients until evenly distributed. Pack in 1 1/2 quart greassed ring mold or other mold. Chill, turn out on lettuce leaves. 8 to 10 servings.
