10 oz Cajun Injector Marinade; any

1/4 c Cracked black pepper

Creole Marinated Beef Tenderloin Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place beef in a baking dish. Inject marinade into the beef about 2 inches from each injection point. Rub the black pepper on all surface areas of the beef.
