Oil
1 c Drained, canned It. tomatoes
Garlic
2 c Finely chopped onions
1-1/2 c Chili sauce
Louisiana hot sauce
3 Medium Green Peppers
1-1/2 c Sherry

Creole Sauce 2 Preparation

Combine the sliced okra with the tomatoes, chopped onions, and the green peppers chopped and saute” for a few minutes in garlic-flavored oil. Add a dash or two of Louisiana hot sauce, the chili sauce, and the sherry (ordinary). Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Cool slightly and blend in a blender.
