1 lb Linguine – cooked
4 Chicken sausages – cooked
-and cut
1 c Shredded jack cheese
1 c Crumbled feta cheese
2 Red onions – sliced and
-carmelized
6 Whole eggs
6 Egg whites
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
Cristina s Pasta Fritata Preparation
Directions: In a iron skillet, place a layer of linguine to cover. Place sausage on top, half of the jack and feta cheese, and half of the carmelized onions. Cover with another layer of pasta and continue layering. Top the final layer with pasta. Scramble the whole eggs and egg whites together. Pour over pasta layers.
