2 lb Ricotta cheese
1 Box frozen creamed spinach;
-defrosted
1 ts Nutmeg
1/2 c Parmesan
Salt and pepper

Cristina s Ravioli And Sauce Preparation

Directions: Combine all ingredients, except won ton skins. Lay out skins in single layer. Brush skins with water and place a teaspoon of filling on each skin. Dip second won ton skin in water and place on top of filled skin. Squeeze closed or use a pastry cutter to connect edges. Place on floured baking sheet and refrigerate until ready to use.
