Cooking Ingredients for Crock Pot Peach Butter Recipe
6 c Unsweetened peaches
3 c White sugar
1-1/2 c Apricot nectar
2 tb Orange or lemon juice
1 ts Vanilla
Crock Pot Peach Butter Preparation
Put peaches through food mill, blender of food processor. Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Cover and bring to a boil on High. Remove top and keep at boil on High or Low for 4 hours or until thick. Put in prepared sterilized jars. Refrigerate. NOTES : Delicious! Makes a little more than two pints.
