2 tb Chopped spinach
6 Greenchillies finely

1 tb Semolina fine

Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
Croquettes From Leftover Rice Preparation
Mix all ingredients, except oil to deep fry, and semolina. If too soggy add some flour, if to dry add a few teaspoons water. Shape in croquettes. Roll in the semolina to coat. Heat oil in kadai.
