Cooking Ingredients for Crouton and Sumac Salad Recipe

1 sm Head lettuce, chopped
1 md Cucumber, peeled and diced
2 md Tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c Fresh coriander leaves
2 tb Chopped fresh mint
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
3 tb Sumac
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1/4 c Olive oil
1 tb Lemon juice
1 c Plain croutons, or well
-bread cubes

Crouton and Sumac Salad Preparation
