Cooking Ingredients for Crunchy Cauliflower Salad Recipe

8 oz Cauliflower florets
3 Spring onions; finely sliced
1 Red pepper; de-seeded and
-diced
4 oz Button mushrooms; sliced
1 7 ounce can sweetcorn;
-drained
5 Floz carton soured cream
1 tb Wholegrain mustard
Salt and freshly ground
-black pepper

Crunchy Cauliflower Salad Preparation

1. Place the cauliflower, broken into small pieces in a bowl with the spring onions, pepper, mushrooms and sweetcorn. 2. Mix together the soured cream, mustard and seasoning to taste and stir into the vegetables. 3. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill until required. Converted by MC_Buster.
