3 Eggs
3 c Cornflakes cereal
1 c Half & half
Crushed to make 1 cup
2 tb Sugar
8 French bread slices
1 ts Vanilla
Cut diagonally 3/4 thick
1/4 ts Salt
Fresh strawberries
Crunchy Oven French Toast Preparation
Grease 15×10 baking pan. In shallow bowl, combine eggs, half & half, sugar, vanilla and salt; mix well. Place crushed cereal in shallow bowl. Dip bread slices into egg mix and then bread crumbs. Place in ungreased pan; cover. Freeze 1-2 hours until firm. Heat oven to 425~. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Serve garnished with fresh strawberries, strawberry syrup, and whipped topping, if desired. Recipe By :
