1 cn Tuna in water
2 tb Waterchestnuts; canned,
-rinsed, chop
1 sm Carrot; chopped fine
1 tb Chopped celery
2 ts Red onion; chopped
1/4 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1 ts Dijon mustard
Crunchy Tuna Salad 2 Preparation
Drain tuna. In bowl, mash and mix tuna with water chestnuts, carrot, celery and onion. Blend yogurt and mustard ; mix wth tuna. NOTES : Philadelphia Inquirer, November 1996.
