-sliced
1/2 c Sweet red onions; thinly
-sliced
1/4 c Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c White wine vinegar
1/4 c Fresh dill week
Salt & freshly ground
-pepper; to taste
Cucumber Salad with Dill Vinaigrette Preparation
Combine dill and vinegar. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Allow to rest at room temp 30min. Toss cucumber and onion slices with vinaigrette. Season to taste with S&P.
