Cooking Ingredients for Cucumber Sauce Recipe

1 lg Cucumber
2 Scallions or 1 sm onion
1 Lemon
1/2 pt Sour cream
1/2 c Mayonnaise
Salt and white pepper

Cucumber Sauce Preparation

Cut up cucumber in small cubes. Crisp in crushed ice until ready to use. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped onion. When ready to serve, drain and dry cucumber, pour on sauce and refrigerate. Delicious served on cold lobster, crabmeat or shrimp. Collection of recipes complied by Don Zarzecki. sauces
