4 Cucumbers
2 tb Salt
1-1/2 c Sour cream
1 tb Sugar
3 tb Vinegar
1/2 ts Black pepper
1 tb Chives

Cucumbers in Sour Cream Preparation

Slice the cucumbers thin. Sprinkle with the salt and let stand in a bowl for 2 hours. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out the moisture. Mix the rest of the ingredients and fold in the cucumbers into the sauce. Chill. Recipe By : Cindy Fewless
