Cooking Ingredients for Cuete Mechado Recipe
2 lb Beef round
4 Thick slices of bacon
1 Carrot
1 Onion
2 Cloves garlic
1/2 c Vinegar
Oil
Salt and pepper
Cuete Mechado Preparation
1. To dress the steak, make small incisions in the meat and insert pieces of carrot and bacon. 2. Fry the steak until golden on both sides. Add sufficient water and cook with the garlic, onion, vinegar, salt and pepper until the meat softens. 3.
