2-1/4 c Water
1-1/2 ts Salt
1-1/2 ts Curry powder
2 c Couscous; uncooked
3 c Boneless skinless chicken
-breast halves; about 1 1/2
-pounds
1-1/2 c Garbanzo beans; canned,
-drained
1-1/2 c Red cabbage
3/4 c Green onions; sliced
3/4 c Celery; thinly sliced
1 tb Orange rind; grated
3/4 ts Pepper
3/4 c Orange juice; plus
3/8 c Orange juice
2 tb Olive oil

Curried Couscous-Chicken Salad Preparation

Bring water, salt, and curry powder to a boil in a medium saucepan; stir in couscous. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Add chicken and next 4 ingredients.
