1/4 c Butter or margarine; melted

2 tb Curry powder
Curried Fruit #2 Preparation
Combine all ingredients except fruit and mix well. Pour over fruit. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 40 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate for 24 hours to flavor. Before serving, bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Delicious with baked ham; has an exotic flavor. LET STAND FOR 24 HOURS From <A Taste of Louisiana>.
