1 pk (6 oz) potato chips
2 ts Curry powder; (up to 3)
3/4 c Shredded american cheese
Curried Potato Chips 2 Preparation
Spread chips in large, flat pan. Sprinkle with curry powder and cheese. Heat at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot. Notes: This cookbook was acquired at a junk sale. It captured my interest because of the annotated comments beside the recipes. The original owner had made comments or just check marks beside certain recipes. I will include these as I scan.
