-cored and quartered
1-1/2 c Apple cider
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 ts Ginger
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/4 ts Mace
1-1/4 c Sugar
2 tb Lemon juice
Curtis Apple Butter Preparation
