Cooking Ingredients for Dan s Cole Slaw Recipe

1 Medium head of cabbage
1 Large or 2 small onions
3 Carrots
2/3 c Mayonaise (approximately)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 ts Sugar

Dan s Cole Slaw Preparation

Shred the cabbage into fine shreds. Chop the onion into small (1/4 inch) pieces. Grate or shred the carrots. Put all of the vegetables into a large bowl (use a very big bowl, one that seems too big for the job, it”ll make the mixing easier). Mix in the mayonaise, sugar and salt and pepper.
