5 oz Margarine
4 oz Malt
8 oz Oats
3 oz Dates; finely chopped
1 Pinches salt
Date And Malt Flapjacks Preparation
1. Melt the margarine and malt in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and add the oats dates and salt. 2. Grease a 7in square shallow tin, press the mixture evenly into it and bake for 20 minutes at 190oC/370oF/gas mark 5. 3.
