1 cn Spam luncheon meat – (12

2 c Cherry tomatoes; cut in half
10 Radishes; thinly sliced
1 sm Cucumber; peeled, diced
1/2 c Slivered red onion
1 c Olive oil vinaigrette
6 c Torn mixed salad greens
Deli Italian Salad Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange bread cubes in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until toasted. In large bowl, combine Spam, tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, and onion. Add bread cubes and salad dressing. Toss. Serve on salad greens. This recipe yields 6 servings.
