1 c Ketchup
1 c Water
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c Vinegar
1/4 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
1 ts Celery salt
1 ts Chili powder
1 ts Salt
4 dr Tabasco
Delicious Barbecue Sauce Preparation
Combine sauce ingredients in a 2 quart pan. Bring to a simmer. DO NOT LET BOIL. Remove from heat and pour over beef or pork tender, butterflied leg of lamb, or chicken.
