4 tb Milk
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 c Green onion; chopped
1/4 c Green pepper; diced
1/4 c Sliced mushrooms
1/2 c Grated cheese
1/2 c Chopped ham; bacon or salami

Delicious Omelet Preparation
