Cooking Ingredients for Delicious Potatoes Recipe
8 md Potatoes; peeled and cut in
-1-inch cubes
2 tb Water
1 pt Sour cream
2 tb Chopped pimiento
2 tb Chopped green pepper
Salt; pepper
1 cn Mushroom soup; (10 3/4 oz)
1 cn (9-oz) frito-lay® brand mild
-cheddar flavor cheese dip
1 pk Frozen peas; (10 oz)
Delicious Potatoes Preparation
Mix all ingredients except for peas and pour into a greased 9 x13 x2 casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Cook peas in a small amount of water; drain.
