Cooking Ingredients for Denise s Pineapple Cheese Ball Recipe
2 pk (8 oz.) softened
-Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cn (8.5 oz.) crushed pineapple;
-drained
1/4 c Green pepper; finely chopped
1 tb Seasoned salt
2 ts Onion; finely chopped
2 c Pecans, chopped
Denise s Pineapple Cheese Ball Preparation
Mix all ingredients together except save 1 C. pecans. Chill and form into a ball. Roll in 1 C. pecans and chill again. Note: I do not know where these recipes originated from so I am using the names of the two ladies that gave them to me many years ago.
