1/2 c Strawberry, raspberry or
-Balsamic vinegar
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Orange juice concentrate
-(optional)
1/4 ts Vanilla extract
4 Sticks butter, cut into pats
-and chilled (up to 6)

Dessert Beurre Blanc Preparation
