25 g Golden syrup; (1oz)
125 g Light soft brown sugar;

Apricot And Pumpkin Seed Flapjack Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 C, 350 F, Gas Mark 4. Grease an 18 x 28cm (7 x 11 inch) swiss roll tin. Melt the butter and syrup together in a saucepan, add the remaining ingredients. Turn the mixture into the tin and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into fingers and carefully remove from the tin. Converted by MC_Buster.
