Cooking Ingredients for Apricot Bombs Recipe
8 oz Dried Apricots – moist
1/4 c Coconut
2 tb Marmalade, Orange
4 ts Powdered Milk
5 ts Sunflower Seeds, Roasted –
Optional
4 ts Sesame Seeds – optional
4 ts Nuts – chopped, optional
Apricot Bombs Preparation
1. Steam apricots if apricots are stiff to soften. Grind or chop very fine. 2. Mix and mash apricots together with remaining ingredients. 3. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in powdered sugar and coat thickly. Repeat in half an hour, or use coconut instead.
