2 c Diced cucumber
2 tb Sliced radishes
1/2 c Plain low-fat yogurt
2 tb Tarragon vinegar
1/4 ts Ground cardamon
1/4 ts Dill

Dilled Cucumber Salad 2 Preparation

Place cucumber and radishes in a bowl. In another bowl combine yogurt, vinegar, cardamon and dill. Mix well and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
