1/4 c Butter
2 tb Jelly or jam
2 tb Brown sugar
1/2 c Popcorn; popped
1/2 c Coconut; toasted
1/2 c Almonds; toasted
1 c Dried apricots; cut small

Apricot Candy Popcorn Preparation

In a heavy saucepan, put the butter, jelly and brown sugar. Cook over moderate heat to 235~ on a candy thermometer. Pour over the popped corn, coconut, almonds and apricots. Volume 01 Number 652 on Jan 31, 1998
