5 md Zucchini, Sliced 1/4 Thick
1-1/2 c Chicken Broth
4 tb Unsalted Butter
2 tb Snipped Fresh Dill
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Dilled Zucchini – Microwave Preparation
Combine zucchini, chicken broth and butter in a 3 quart microwave safe dish. Cover dish with plastic wrap, leaving one corner open to vent. Cook on high power, stirring once, for 10 minutes.
