1 c Cottage cheese
1/4 c Shredded sharp cheese
3 tb Chili sauce
1/2 ts Garlic salt
Crackers; potato or corn

Dipsy Doodle Preparation
Mix cheeses, chili sauce, and garlic salt together until well blended. Chill. Spread on crackers, or use as a dip for crackers, potato chips, or corn chips. Yield: 1-1/3 cups. From <The Progressive Farmer”s Southern Country Cookbook>, by the editors of the ”Progressive Farmer Magazine”.
