5 pt Half and half milk
2-1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c Chopped nuts
3/4 c Crushed pineapple
1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Lemon juice
6 Eggs; beaten
1-1/2 tb Vanilla
3/4 c Bananas; diced
3/4 c Cherries; chopped
3/4 c Strawberries; chopped

Doris s Fruit Ice Cream Preparation

Mix Half and Half, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Cook slowly until mixture coats spoon. Remove from heat and cool. Combine fruit, nuts, salt and lemon juice. Let stand 10 minutes.
