25 c Olive oil
5 lb Grated cheddar cheese

Dorothy Witcher s Eggplant Casserole Preparation

Prepare stuffing per directions. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil till brown. Add other veggie and sauted till soft. In a casserole dish, combine stuffing and vegetable mixture. Mix well. sprinkle top with cheese. Cook at 350 until cheese is melted and bubbling. Recipe By : Cecil AT
