1 c Orange Juice
1 ts Orange Rind – grated fresh
3 tb Sugar – or substitute
2 tb Cornstarch
6 sm Oranges – peel, section &

Double Orange Pudding Preparation
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients, EXCEPT orange sections. Stir to dissolve cornstarch. Bring to a boil over med. heat, stirring. Boil 2 min, stirring. Remove from heat. Add orange sections and mix gently. Pour into 1 bowl or 4 individual serving bowls. Chill. Recipe By : Lean and Luscious and Meatless
