2 tb Butter
1 cn (10.7-oz) cream of celery
-soup
1 cn (4-oz) mushrooms
1/2 c Sauterne
Oregano
Rosemary
Thyme
Salt and pepper
Kitchen Boquet (optional)
1 c Sour cream

Dove Breasts Stroganoff Preparation

Put doves in large baking dish. Saute onions in butter. Mix remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Pour over meat. Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Add sour cream and stir. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. MRS E.J.
