2 pk (8 oz) cream cheese,
-softened
2 pk Dried beef (I used the
– salty kind)
1 bn Green onions, chopped (I
-used regular onion and
-added some parsley)
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Black pepper

Dried Beef Cheese Ball 2 Preparation

Chop dried beef. Save about 1/4 cup for rolling later. Soften cheese. Blend in remaining ingredients. Shape into a ball, and roll in reserved beef chips. Chill until needed.
