Cooking Ingredients for Easy Beef Stew Recipe

2 lb Beef chuck or stew meat, cut
-in 1 cubes
3 Carrots, cut (up to 4)
6 Potatoes, cut in pieces (up
-to 8)
3/4 ts Salt
2 Onions, peeled and quatered
1 c Barbeque sauce (just use
-your favorite kind)
1-1/4 1/2 C. water (up to 1)

Easy Beef Stew Preparation

Combine meat, carrots and potatoes in heavy pot. Don”t brown. Stir everything together to coat with sauce. Bring to boil and stir. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and simmer about 2 hrs.
