Cooking Ingredients for Easy Casserole Using Electric Skillet Recipe
1-1/2 lb Lean/extra lean ground beef
Oil to fry
1 md Onion chopped
1 cn (10 oz) sliced mushrooms
1 pk Chopped frozen spinach
2 c Instant rice
Salt, pepper to taste
Garlic powder or granulated

1-1/2 c Frozen veg. (Peas or corn

2 tb Tomato paste or sauce for
-gravy, about (up to 3) (
-about 2 – 3 TBSP paste in 1
-c. water)
Easy Casserole Using Electric Skillet Preparation
Saute mushrooms and chopped onions in small amount of oil; when done, add ground beef – use medium heat, and saute until crumbly. Drain fat. Drain thawed spinach, and add to pan with other ingredients. When cooked through, add corn (frozen is ok. or any other froz. veg.) and stir thoroughly. Add tomato sauce, check the seasoning and turn the heat to low. Heat for at least 1/2 hour, and cook rice or pasta to be used as a base.
