Easy Oven Baked Potatoes Preparation

Cut potatoes & onions into 1/4-inch slices. Alternate slices, slightly overlapping, in a single layer in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Combine next 5 ingredients. Drizzle over potato & onion slices. Cover & bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika & bake, uncovered for 20 additional minutes.
