1 pk (32 0z) frozen hash browns
1 Container; (8 oz) sour cream
1 Egg
2 c Shredded colby jack cheese
1 cn Campbells cheese soup; (or

Easy Potato Covered Dish Preparation

Mix together and pack firmly into a greased baking dish, 9×12. Bake at 350oFfor 30 – 40 minutes or until brown on top. This dish is easily doubled, but do not double sour cream.
