Cooking Ingredients for Edam Muffins Recipe

2 c All-purpose flour
2 tb Sugar; up to 4
2-1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1-1/2 c Shredded Edam cheese; about
-6 oz
1 Egg
1 c Milk
1/4 c Butter or margarine; melted

Edam Muffins Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Fold in the cheese, coating the cheese with the flour mixture. Add the unbeaten egg, milk and melted fat; stir quickly and lightly until mixed but do not beat. Spoon into well greased muffin pans, filling each cup 2/3 full.
