Cooking Ingredients for Eden Isle Chicken 2 Recipe
3 To
4 Chicken breasts, halve, bone
1 Jar dried beef (2.5-oz)
6 To
8 sl Bacon
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 cn Mushrooms (4-oz)
1 pt Sour cream
1 pk Cream cheese, softened, 3-oz
Eden Isle Chicken 2 Preparation
Layer beef in large buttered casserole. Wrap a slice of bacon around each breast. Place in casserole. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese and mushrooms thoroughly. Pour over chicken, spreading evenly.
