1 sl Bermuda onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Egg n Onion Sandwich Preparation

Break egg in cup & beat thoroughly. Melt butter in small iron skillet over medium heat. Pour egg into skillet & flip when in solid disk. Serve on bread with onion slice.
