Egg Go – Rounds Preparation

Blend together half and half,1 egg and seasonings.Stir in remaining ingredients except muffins and cheese.Spread each muffin half with 1/3 cup of egg salad.Top each with 1 tbsp. cheese.Broil about 6 from heat until cheese melts,about 2 to 3 minutes.Serves 6.
